Barnett's Corporate Team Includes the Following Key Personnel:
Naila Ganatra, M.Ed.
Vice President, Learning & Development
Naila is responsible for the daily oversight and management of Barnett International, including the training consulting, live seminars, web seminars, eLearning and publications business lines. Throughout her career, she has planned and overseen numerous training solutions that have been attended by thousands of industry professionals, and has extensive experience in working with clients to leverage Barnett’s expertise and resources. Prior to joining Barnett, Naila held positions with major medical centers and training providers, including Cedars Sinai Medical Center, the Harvard School of Public Health/Beth Israel Hospital, Baystate Medical Center and International Business Communications. Naila holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Toronto.
Sarah Colucci
Associate Director, Training Operations
Sarah is responsible for the management of Barnett’s public training courses, including in-person and web-based training. She also serves as Barnett’s accreditation manager and is highly familiar with the rigorous standards and requirements associated with the development of effective training solutions. Sarah holds a Master’s of Science in Leadership.
Cathleen Siegel
Manager, Barnett Marketing and Communications
Cathleen develops and implements the marketing strategy for Barnett International's extensive portfolio of 150+ seminars and training solutions, utilizing a diverse mix of marketing channels. Cathleen earned her BA in English Writing with a minor in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN.
Lindsey Swank, M.Ed.
Coordinator, Interactive Web Events
Lindsey is responsible for Barnett’s web-based events, including multi-week courses and single day events. She coordinates between subject matter experts and learners to provide engaging and effective training experiences. Lindsey holds a master’s degree in education from East Tennessee State University and is pursuing a certification in Learning Design from the University of Toronto.
